Be a Guest on Sales Culture Unfiltered

Sales Culture Unfiltered is a podcast that cuts through the noise to tackle what really matters in sales leadership – the messy, complex reality of building teams that don't just hit numbers, but thrive.

This isn't another podcast recycling the same tired playbooks. We dive into the conversations that happen behind closed doors: the leadership decisions that make or break cultures, the friction points everyone faces but few discuss openly, and the strategies that actually move the needle when the pressure is on.

Our Audience consists of …

Sales Leaders, Founders, and Enablement Professionals at Mid-Market Organizations who understand that sustainable growth requires more than hitting quarterly targets. They're building for the long game – teams that perform consistently, retain top talent, and scale without burning out.

What We Explore

Signature Talks:

  • The unvarnished truth about sales leadership challenges: pipeline volatility, team dynamics, cross-functional alignment issues, and the delicate balance between driving performance and maintaining culture.

  • Real-world leadership insights: Stories from the field about navigating growth phases, managing through uncertainty, and making tough decisions that impact both numbers and people.

  • Actionable frameworks and strategies: Practical approaches for creating clarity, driving alignment, and achieving results while building sustainable, high-performing cultures.

Your Voice Matters

Your experience leading through complexity, your perspective on what's working (and what isn't) in sales organizations today, and your insights on building cultures that deliver. These are the conversations our listeners need to hear.

If you're ready for a discussion that's substantive, authentic, and focused on what sales leaders actually need to know and not what sounds good in theory, I'd love to explore having you as a guest.
