One of the things I often hear from business owners is that they know there’s an issue or breakdown in their sales system, but they just don’t know how to diagnose the issue so that they can fix it.
Oftentimes, they’ll then enroll in a mastermind program, only to commit to a formula that isn’t in alignment with what they need next. Or, the program is five steps ahead, and they spend most of their time playing catch up.
This is why I created the Sales System Diagnostic. It’s an opportunity to do a deep dive into your sales system, share a call with a sales strategist, and then make the next best step based on your diagnostic results. It prevents you from investing a great deal of time and money doing things out of order, or worse, heading off in the wrong direction altogether.

Here’s How it Works:
First, schedule your session. After you submit your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your pre-work and a scheduling link. Each session is 60 minutes.
Second, complete the client questionnaire and diagnostic assessment prior to our video session. Please do this at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled session.
Next, we meet for our 60-minute session via Zoom. We will review the information you shared, identify gaps, develop your strategy and outline next steps.
Finally, you will receive a report with my findings and recommendations and the call recording within 1-week of our session.
